Fitness Assessments/Screenings

The Fitness Assessment/Screening program helps to determine your current baseline fitness level and identify your specific areas of strength and weakness through a variety of physical fitness tests. The results of these tests can help our staff provide you with an exercise program that is customized to fit your specific needs and goals. The information can be used for comparison as you progress and improve, serve as a motivational tool to adhere to an exercise program, and show where areas of improvement are needed.
