The NC State Engineering 2+2 Transfer Program at UNC Wilmington offers students an opportunity to complete the first two years of an engineering degree at UNCW and then transfer to NC State University in Raleigh, NC to complete their undergraduate engineering degree in one of 18 degree programs. At UNCW, 2+2 students will complete the NC State College of Engineering transfer admission requirements, and, using state of the art technology, will participate in live engineering courses from NC State via video conference. UNCW boasts smaller class sizes and offers a more economical way to start an engineering degree. 2+2 students will simultaneously attend NC State and UNCW while on UNCW’s beautiful coastal campus, getting the best of both programs.
