RE: Reported Simple Assault
On Monday 21 January a resident student of Sea Hawk Landing building 3 reported a simple assault at about 2:38 am Saturday morning on the 19th. The assault took place just outside an entrance to Sea Hawk Landing building 3. The assault victim told police investigators he remembered fighting one of the assailants but up to three persons were involved, and several other people witnessed the incident.
