  • CARRY OUT PERIODIC REVIEW OF DIVISIONAL BUDGETARY LINES, TO INSURE THAT FUNDS ARE FOCUSED ON THE UNIVERSITY'S EDUCATIONAL MISSION.
  • PROVIDE comfortable, well-maintained work spaces.
  • Strive for FAIR and competitive salaries and improved benefits., PARTICULARLY IN THE AREA OF HEALTH CARE.
  • Provide development and advancement opportunities WITH CLEAR GUIDELINES CONCERNING STANDARDS FOR PROMOTION.
