Commuter Parking Zone 1 (main campus)

Magenta
Parking lots C, D, H, I, S and spaces on Riegel Road Zone 1 lots are Magenta in color on the student parking zone map.

Commuter Parking Zone 2(main campus)

Dark Blue

Parking lots K, K extension and spaces on Hamilton Drive Zone 2 lots are Dark Blue in color on the student parking zone map.

Park and Ride College - Zone 3

Cherry

Park and Ride College is an off-campus lot across College Road at intersections of Hurst, Hoggard, and St. James Drives and requires the use of shuttle buses to and from campus.

May also park on campus in non-gated faculty/staff or commuter student lots on weekends and between 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday - Friday, unless the lot is otherwise reserved.

The Park and Ride College lot is Cherry in color on the student parking zone map.
Park and Ride SS Lot - Zone 4 Green

NEW Parking for Park and Ride Oleander has moved to a portion of Lot SS is located at Seahawk Landing Drive at the northeast edge of campus.

Parking spaces in the Park and Ride portion of Lot SS are outlined by white lines, with the tip of the lines painted green.

Park and Ride MacMillan - Zone 5

Lavender

Park and Ride MacMillan is located on MacMillan Avenue near Isaac Bear Early College High School and requires the use of shuttle buses to and from the main campus area.

May also park on campus in non-gated faculty/staff or commuter student lots on weekends and between 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday - Friday, unless the lot is otherwise reserved.

The Park and Ride MacMillan lot is Lavender in color on the student parking zone map.
Nighttime Orange May park on campus in non-gated faculty/staff or commuter student lots on weekends and between 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday - Friday, unless the lot is otherwise reserved.
Handicap Parking Olive

Parking spaces for persons with disabilities are outlined by blue lines and identified by appropriate signs.

Faculty/staff or students with short-term or permanent disabilities who will have a vehicle on campus must apply for a handicapped parking permit to park in an accessible space. Even if you have a state-issued handicapped parking placard, you need to obtain a UNCW handicapped permit. More info.

Between the hours of 4 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday-Friday and on weekends only, commuter permit holders may also park in parking lots as indicated on the Student Night and Weekend Parking Map.

Light Blue Schwartz Hall and University Suites Parking lots EE, GG and the parking spaces on the Suite Service Loop.

Resident Zone Black

Black
Belk Hall, Galloway Hall, Graham Hall or Hewlett Hall, University Apartments Parking lots J, L, O, O extension and P

Resident Zone Brown

Brown Seahawk Village and Seahawk Landing Apartments, Cornerstone Hall, Honors House and International House

SS lot at Seahawk Village and Seahawk Landing Apartments, lots HH and II

After 4 p.m. until 9 a.m.on Monday-Friday and anytime on weekends, you may also park in the Park and Ride portion of Lot SS (which is designated by white lines, with the tip of the lines painted green).
