TeamDynamix is expanding to include Help Desk Ticketing and Knowledgebase

ITS continuously strives to improve our overall processes and introduce efficiencies to better serve the campus.  To that end, we are working towards expanding the use of the TeamDynamix platform, currently used for managing projects, to include help desk ticketing (incident management) and a knowledgebase. Utilizing TeamDynamix will consolidate the online client experience to a single platform and increase visibility into process activities and outcomes. At this time, ITS is in the planning stages and will be providing more information campus wide over the next few months.
