New Voicemail Coming Soon

As part of the Office365 rollout, ITS is pleased to bring you a new voicemail service on September 4. This service will take the place of the current voicemail system and will continue to provide voicemail delivery to the email inbox while offering some exciting new features.


  • September 4 (for individual accounts): The new service will be made active on your extension. All old voicemail will still be accessible in your email inbox; however, any special programming like sending calls to your mobile phone, etc. will need to be set up in the new system.
  • NOTE on departmental/service phones: These more complex extensions (not belonging to a specific individual) will be upgraded when your department/area is migrated to Office365. Your department will be contacted ahead of time. More on Office365.

What you will need to do after September 4:

  • (Required) Set up a new password. You will need your extension number and the default password, which is 862451.
  • (Optional) Record a greeting and/or your name. By default the system will enunciate your name.

ITS and the TAC will send instructions and a link to all the new features in an email prior to September 4. Stay tuned!
