Multiracial Identity Brown Bag Lunch Thursday, February 25 12pm - 1pm Azalea Coast Room B Clips from the documentary “What Are You? A Dialogue on Mixed Race” will be played with group discussion to follow each clip. Students from all backgrounds are asked to attend this program. A diverse audience is vital to having a productive discussion.
Wednesday, March 24 6 pm, Lumina Theater Free Admission NEVERPERFECT is a documentary that explores the popularity of cosmetic surgery, the historical, cultural and social issues that influence body image and self-perception and one woman's complex journey of self-discovery that shifts not only how she defines herself as an Asian-American woman, but as a human being. Monday, April 5 3:30pm - 5pm Azalea Coast Room B UNCW Faculty and Staff women share life lessons with female students. Come out to hear what could help make a difference in your present or future life. Ask questions that you've wanted to ask older women in a safe and respectful environment.
