Unified Messaging (UM) is an assortment of messaging tools in one package that enhance communications and productivity. UM combines voicemail and e-mail. Your voicemail and e-mail will be retrievable via your phone but will also show up in your e-mail inbox and can be retrieved/forwarded/deleted.

Individuals interested in using the Outlook plug-in are strongly encouraged to attend an "advanced features" workshop (see workshop schedule under "Getting Started"). To register for an advanced features workshop, contact the TAC at 910-962-HELP.

Advanced Features
Unified Messaging includes the following optional advanced features, among others:
- Find Me - Redirects your unanswered calls
- Notify Me - Sends a notification when you receive a message or by caller's request
- Call Me - Notifies you to log in to your mailbox and review message
