Remedy Tickets

Remedy is a problem tracking software package that allows users to enter requests for help or support directly into the system. Each technology request or reported incident is assigned a ticket number which is used to track the incident through to its resolution.

To enter a help ticket or to view instructions for using the system, choose from the appropriate links below:
