The Department of Client Technology Services provides operational support and services to enable faculty, staff and students to use technology effectively.
Specifically, this department:
- Provides user support and technical services for initial incident reporting and resolution including problem tracking and escalation to other support units.
- Manages the operation of the Technology Assistance Center (TAC) and ResNet.
- Manages the onsite Dell Warranty Service Center.
- Supports special events.
- Manages Computer Operations.
