Blackboard Learn Upgrade Successful

The Blackboard Learn upgrade was completed successfully and ahead of schedule due to diligent work on the part of the Blackboard team in ITS. Scheduled to be down for a service pack upgrade from January 2 through midnight on January 3, Bb Learn was up and running by mid-afternoon on January 2. Numerous Bb Learn issues were resolved with the upgrade.
