The University of North Carolina Wilmington invites applications for five certified athletic trainer positions. UNC Wilmington is an NCAA Division I program and member of the Colonial Athletic Association. Sport coverage will be as designated by the Director of Sports Medicine. The Sports Medicine/Athletic Training Program is primarily responsible for the delivery of the health care system to UNCW athletes. This includes the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries or illnesses sustained during regular and non-traditional seasons, and during practice times that consist of weight lifting, conditioning, and skill instruction. Applicants should be able to demonstrate knowledge of conference rules. 

Required Qualifications: NATABOC certification, Professional Rescuer CPR, First-Aid, and AED certification required; Athletic Training License in North Carolina, or eligible for athletic training licensure in North Carolina.
