HR Liaisons are UNCW employees whose job duties have a high degree of interaction with the Department of Human Resources and have been selected to relay important HR related issues to the members of their respective departments. Bi-monthly meetings are opportunities to share best practices, develop and improve processes and to learn important information such as policy changes, benefits updates, employment procedures, classification and compensation updates, etc. HR liaisons also receive important news and reminders via e-mail and are asked to share this information as applicable. It is important that liaisons are prompt in communicating HR information to their departments, as it is generally time sensitive information.
