Getting Involved
Check out the great activities offered by CSURF, Campus Activities and Involvement and Career Services!
Cultural Activities and Tickets
The Honors College offers tickets to Honors students for cultural events around the Wilmington/Cape Fear Region. Each year we secure a limited number of tickets to symphonies, lectures, concerts, and passes to area cultural treasures like the Cameron Art Museum, Airlie Gardens, the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, and other venues. Also the Honors Scholars Association will sponsor several cultural activites this year. See the table below for links to different cultural venues.
Tickets must be picked up by the end-user in the Program Manager’s office. No email requests will be honored.
Service Activities
Most honors scholars are interested in volunteer activities on campus or in the community. Below are links to several of the agencies in WIlmington that offer service opportunities. You can also visit the Center for Leadership, Education, and Service for more ideas. The Honors Scholars Association will sponsor several service activites this year.
