* Format Approval Sheet (PDF) must be submitted with the draft copy of the thesis.
** Submission Form (PDF) must be submitted with the final thesis.
Note: Draft copy of thesis and final thesis should be emailed to Nancy Holland at hollandn@uncw.edu in PDF format using your UNCW e-mail only.

Procedures

The Graduate School only requires electronic copies of your dissertation.

Step 1 (Draft Copy)

• Have your draft dissertation formatting reviewed by your dissertation committee.
• E-mail a draft copy of your dissertation, along with your Format Approval Sheet (PDF) (signed by your committee chair), to hollandn@uncw.edu.
  

Step 2 (Defense)

• Once formatting is approved you may schedule your defense.

Step 3 (Final Dissertation)

• E-mail your dissertation in PDF format, your ETD submission, and a copy of your signed title page to Nancy Holland at hollandn@uncw.edu by the posted date.
