Change Existing Course

  • Please use the Course Change Form to capture the current course information.
  • Provide a short justification for changes that are made to the course.
  • Submit this form with change, a brief justification, and updated catalogue copy to Nancy Holland (hollandn@uncw.edu), or send to the Graduate School (mail code 5955).
  • If you do not see the course listed when searching the report, the course will be considered a new course

Inactivate Existing Course

  • Please use the Inactivate Course Form to capture the current course information.
  • Provide a short justification for changes that are made to the course.
  • Submit this form with changes and justification electronically to Nancy Holland (hollandn@uncw.edu)

New Course Request

Please send the following with the new course form,
  • new course syllabus,
  • updated catalogue copy showing new course, and
  • a short justification for the new course
