Graduation Reception -- Spring 2006
On May 13, 2006, 18 MALS and two post-Master's certificate candidates qualified to participate in the time-honored ceremony of graduation. At the GLS program reception just prior to the main ceremony, post-Master's certificates in Liberal Studies were awarded to Curt Allen-Little and Joan McKillop and those MALS students present received their Acknowledgement of Achievement from the program--the actual degree diplomas are mailed some two weeks following the graduation ceremony. There were lots of smiles, some punch and cookies, and pictures of the graduates.
