What is e~Print?
e~Print is a web-based system for securely and quickly presenting existing reports to end users. Using a web browser and the free Adobe ® Acrobat Reader, e~Print users can view reports in a format that is easy to read, search and print.
When do I use e~Print?
Use e~Print to view your UNCW reports on the web.
- Banner Finance users will have access to view reports for the same 6-digit funds they access in the Finance system; but should continue to use the Finance screens for daily balancing and inquiry.
Which reports will I see on e~Print?
You will need the appropriate system account (i.e., a Banner Finance account is required to view Finance reports and Banner HR account is required for Banner HR reports). Information on obtaining a Banner Finance and/or Banner HR account can be found on the Financial Systems Department web page.
Finance Monthly Reports include:
- FWRBSTAT - Budget Status Report
- FWRMTRANS - Monthly Transactions
- FWRYTRANS - Year-To-Date Transactions
- TELECOM - Telecommunication Charges
- WFRUPTD - Grant Inception-to-Date Report
What do I need to get started using e~Print?
You will need a version 4.0 or higher of either MS ® Internet Explorer or Netscape ® Communicator (NOTE: Netscape ® Communicator version 6.0 is not recommended at this time) and version 4.0 or higher of the Adobe ® Acrobat Reader With Search installed on the computer used to access e~Print reports.
How do I use e~Print?
Due to the ease of using the e~Print product, formal training is not required. Please use the following e~Print guides to walk yourself through the process of retrieving web reports. Although these guides were written specifically for FRS users, they pertain to general use of the system.
