Admission Forms for the MIT Program:
The following items must be submitted to the UNCW Graduate School Admissions Office:
- UNCW Graduate School Application Package
- Official Transcript Request Form (PDF)
- Professional Recommendations Form
- Official Scores -- MAT or GRE
- TOEFL Scores (International Students Only)
