SMART Recovery is a support group for individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence, from any type of addictive behaviors (substances or activities). A SMART Recovery group lasts between 60-90 minutes, and provides time for individual support should a student wish to speak during the group. Group time is also dedicated to independently practicing specific skills using behavioral tools to help to cope with urges and cravings.
