Zumba Basics 1
This course teaches you the foundation and formula to teach a Zumba® class. You will learn the steps to four basic rhythms (merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton). You'll learn how to put these steps together into a song, and how to create your first Zumba class. We'll provide you with all the tools and resources you will need to teach a Zumba class.

Zumba Basics 2
This course is now packed with more content and flavor than ever: Learn six more rhythms (belly dance, flamenco, tango, samba, plus two new high-intensity rhythms, soca and quebradita) while reinforcing the Zumba® formula in an easy, effective class for everyone. You'll also learn advanced dance-fitness techniques like music fusion and stylistic separation, network and share choreography with the most dedicated and knowledgeable instructors, and spend time enhancing your professional skills. You must already be a current licensed Zumba B1 Instructor to take this.

YogaFit Level 1
This informative workshop gives instructors the tools to create inspiring vinyasa yoga classes that are founded on flow yet grounded in the safety of exercise science. The learning includes physical execution, transitions, and modifications to traditional yoga poses with an emphasis on effectiveness and safety. Dynamic vinyasa sequencing, flowing class formats, and transformative language for communicating the mind/body connection have made this the most popular vinyasa yoga style in the world today. While most attendees have experience as either yoga students, teachers, therapists, or as fitness professionals, there are no prerequisites, only the desire to learn and commitment to attend. Level 1 includes an innovative and experiential learning environment guided by a talented and experienced YogaFit Master Trainer, a YogaFit Level 1 DVD and Active Volume 3 CD (first-time participants only), and a comprehensive training manual.

BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
