Check-in and pickup conference materials from the registration desk.  Printed hand-outs will be provided for sessions requested during online registration.  Bagels, pastries, juice, coffee and tea will be available.  Feel free to bring food and/or beverages to the opening session.

General Session

Charlie Maimone, Vice Chancellor Business Affairs, will welcome all conference participants.  The conference kick-off will be celebrated together; symbolic of how conference attendees provide excellent support and services for the UNCW community.

Session Rooms

Five concurrent 50-minute sessions will be available.  Participants select four of the 50-minute sessions.  These sessions will be held in the Fisher Student Center (Masonboro Island Room and Wrightsville Beach Room) and the Fisher University Union (Azalea Coast Room A, Azalea Coast Room B, and Long Leaf Pine Room).

  • Facilities Who? and AiMing Higher   (Masonboro Island Room, Fisher Student Center)

12 Noon – 1:20 p.m.

Lunch and Expo / Carnival

Burney Center

Space will be provided to sit down, eat a hot lunch – vegetarian option available, and network with UNCW support staff members.  After lunch, enjoy the festivities, exciting games and carnival food at the Expo / Carnival.

1:30 p.m. – 2:20 p.m.

This will be the last of the 50-minute sessions. These sessions will be held in the Fisher Student Center (Masonboro Island Room and Wrightsville Beach Room) and the Fisher University Union (Azalea Coast Room A, Azalea Coast Room B, and Long Leaf Pine Room).
