In 2008, UNCW selected ImageNow as their enterprise solution for document imaging. ITSD is responsible for the campus-wide implementation of this product.
The Financial Systems Department is responsible for implementing and maintaining document imaging services for the Business Affairs Division. This involves the initial design of an imaging system through actual go-live of the product as well as any updates and enhancements to the existing systems.
