The Alumni Association of the University of North Carolina Wilmington was organized as a North Carolina nonprofit corporation on December 19th, 1979, to solicit funds in order to promote and encourage fellowship and friendship among its members, alumnus of the University of North Carolina Wilington. In addition, the Association exists to foster goodwill on the part of its members and others toward the University. The University is the Associations sole beneficiary.
Our office provides monthly financial statements to the Board of Directors, the preparation of the annual financial statement and the tax filings for the Association.
