A Registered Student Organization is defined in the UNCW Code of Student Life, Section VI.

Purchase of UNCW Logo Merchandise
Registered student groups may purchase merchandise bearing university marks, but all such purchases:

• Must be from licensed manufacturers, and
• Must be submitted and approved by Enterprise Risk Management Licensing prior to production.

These licensed vendors will submit your design to Enterprise Risk Management Licensing and let you know if any changes are needed.

University "Seal"
Use of the university “seal” is not part of the university system for use on merchandise.  Some exceptions are made for use on merchandise of distinction.  Contact Enterprise Risk Management Licensing at helmss@uncw.edu

Printed Materials
Printed materials must comply with the UNCW Visual Identity Policies and the UNCW Manual of Style.
