Please be advised there will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees Executive Committee at 4 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2012, originating in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

The agenda items for consideration will be discussed in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Act in order “to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property” [NCGS 143-318.11(a)(5)].
