Wilmington, N.C. - Tickets to the Wilma W. Daniels Distinguished Lecture with Magic Johnson will be available on Sept. 24 at the UNC Wilmington Athletics Ticket Office in Trask Coliseum. The event is 6-8 p.m., Oct. 11.

Tickets for the lecture are free, but space is limited. Guests must pick up tickets in person during regular business hours, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Each person may pick up a maximum of four tickets.

The Wilma W. Daniels Distinguished Lecture Promoting Diversity & Tolerance celebrates UNCW's efforts to serve the community, and particularly its focus on inclusiveness in all of its educational, cultural and community outreach programs. Wilma Daniels, a local business leader and member of the UNCW Board of Trustees, funded the lecture to support the university's diversity efforts and to forge deeper connections between the local African-American community and the campus.
