Accessing the SeaLevel Counselor Portal

Many schools will already have received access to the SeaLevel Counselor Portal during the 2011-2012 admissions cycle.

If your school has not yet received access, your high school’s Alpha Counselor (a designee in charge of your school’s SeaLevel account) should e-mail (admissions@uncw.edu) or fax (910.962.3038), on official school letterhead, a request for UNCW to create an account for your high school. This request should include:

• your full name and title
• your school’s full mailing address
• your work telephone number
• your work e-mail address

Once this information has been received, an account will be created and the Alpha Counselor will be contacted via e-mail. After logging in, this individual can then access your high school’s account and grant access to additional counselors at your school.

NOTE: The SeaLevel Counselor Portal's address (https://sealevel.uncw.edu/counselorportal/) differs from the web address of the SeaLevel Student Portal.
