• Assess and evaluate current space needs
• Develop and implement efficient plans, secure facilities, and equipment
• Analyze functional space needs
• Negotiate space allocations with senior management
• Direct all major campus moves
• Supervise the facilities use manager/scheduler
• Disseminate facility use policies and procedures
• Consult with the Provost and other divisional Vice Chancellors in the decision-making process
