IBEC Success at 2011 Southeast Regional Science Fair

Isaac Bear Early College High School students took home a remarkable 17 of 27 possible awards in the senior division at North Carolina's 2011 Southeast Regional Science Fair held on February 12, 2011 at UNCW. Their successes included:

1st Place in 5 of 6 categories.
10 of the 17 available place winners.
7 of the 10 possible special awards and recognitions, including the winner of the Wayne Hanson Scientific Excellence Award for the top overall project (all divisions).
