Before calling for a repair, test all of your telephone equipment with a known working number. If your equipment works correctly, there may be a problem with your telephone number. If the problem is in your equipment, you must arrange for repair or replacement of the equipment.
UNCW Networking and Communications will repair university-owned lines and equipment at no charge, but a fee may be assessed for user-caused damages. Please check your equipment carefully before calling for repair.
