Mission & Purpose
Employee Relations is dedicated to fostering organizational success and promoting an inclusive work environment through campus collaboration, educational programming, and resolution processes.
The Employee Relations Team helps faculty and staff solve a variety of workplace matters, including office environment, conduct, relationships, engagement, communication, hiring, and resource coordination. In addition, we can help faculty and staff understand the steps for filing grievances or engaging in a formal or informal resolution process. Together, we help the UNCW community by:
- Providing guidance and support
- Fostering open communication
- Conducting work environment and/or management inquiries
- Offering trainings on ER-related topics
